Mi receta de salpic\u00f3n cambia el refresco habitual por una versi\u00f3n edulcorada con stevia, llamada Zevia, que aporta un delicioso toque efervescente sin az\u00facar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-cvgkm\" class=\"translation-block\">La mayor\u00eda de las frutas no tienen colesterol y son bajas en grasa, sodio y calor\u00edas. Esto hace que la fruta sea una gran opci\u00f3n para cualquiera que desee reducir su presi\u00f3n arterial y su riesgo de sufrir enfermedades cardiacas o derrames cerebrales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-1b472\">A los ni\u00f1os les encanta este dulce, y es una receta tan simple que con frecuencia pueden ayudar a emplatarla. Los ni\u00f1os de dos a ocho a\u00f1os deben comer de una a dos tazas de fruta por d\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-s8tu\">Esta receta se prepara en pocos minutos y, si quieres darte un capricho, puedes acompa\u00f1arla con una bola de helado de vainilla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"viewer-3slep\">Ingredientes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 taza y \u00bd de sand\u00eda<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Bananos o pl\u00e1tanos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd pi\u00f1a mediana<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 manzana<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 fresas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 mango<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 kiwis<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tazas y \u00bd de agua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 taza de Zevia, sabor a crema<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 taza de Zevia, sabor a fresa<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>helado de vainilla (opcional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"viewer-dnm4v\">Preparaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Corta la sand\u00eda, el pl\u00e1tano, la pi\u00f1a, la manzana, el mango, las fresas y el kiwi en trozos peque\u00f1os, separando la sand\u00eda de las otras frutas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pon los dados de sand\u00eda en una batidora con agua y bate durante 1 minuto hasta obtener una mezcla homog\u00e9nea.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coloca la fruta restante en un bol grande.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vierte la mezcla de sand\u00eda y agua sobre la fruta cortada y remueve.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A\u00f1ade las dos tazas de refresco Zevia a la mezcla.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Para servir, pon la mezcla de frutas en copas de c\u00f3ctel y cubre con helado de vainilla (opcional).<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Salpic\u00f3n is a fruit cocktail with the vibrant colors of tropical produce.
