Se puede preparar con antelaci\u00f3n para comer sano toda la semana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"viewer-3slep\">Ingredientes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2 zanahorias<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 ramas de apio<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cucharadas de aceite de aguacate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tazas de cebolla blanca<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 dientes de ajo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cucharadita de sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd cucharadita de pimienta negra molida<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 hoja de laurel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cucharadita de or\u00e9gano<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd cucharadita de comino<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bc de cucharadita de romero<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 latas de 8 onzas de frijoles cannellini<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd lata de pasta de tomate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 tazas de caldo de verduras bajo en sodio<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 vasos de col rizada<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bc de taza de perejil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"viewer-dnm4v\">Preparaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pela las zanahorias y c\u00f3rtalas en trozos redondos de medio cent\u00edmetro.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Corta las ramas de apio en trozos de medio cent\u00edmetro, conservando las hojas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Corta la cebolla en dados de medio cent\u00edmetro.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A\u00f1ade el aceite de aguacate a una olla y cocina a fuego medio-alto hasta que el aceite est\u00e9 brillante.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A\u00f1ade la cebolla y el ajo a la olla y cocina hasta que la cebolla est\u00e9 transparente, unos cinco minutos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A\u00f1ade sal, pimienta, laurel, or\u00e9gano, romero y comino a la olla.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A\u00f1ade las zanahorias y el apio a la olla y cocina otros cinco minutos, removiendo de vez en cuando.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Baja el fuego a medio y a\u00f1ade la pasta de tomate y 1 taza de caldo de verduras. Deja cocer la sopa a fuego medio durante siete minutos o hasta que las verduras est\u00e9n ligeramente doradas, removiendo de vez en cuando.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Escurre las alubias y a\u00f1\u00e1delas a la olla junto con el caldo de verduras restante. Cocina a fuego medio hasta que la sopa empiece a hervir, luego reduce a fuego lento durante cinco minutos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajusta el fuego a bajo.
